Share capital

Pihlajalinna’s registered share capital is EUR 80,000 and the company has 22,620,135 fully paid shares. The company has a single series of shares, and each share entitles its holder to one vote in the General Meeting of Shareholders. The company’s shares have no nominal value. All Pihlajalinna shares carry equal rights to dividends and other distributions by the company (including distributions of assets in the event of the liquidation of the company). The articles of association of the company do not contain any provisions governing the company’s minimum and maximum share capital. The shares have been entered in the Euroclear book-entry securities system.
